Steuben, Delaware, Niagara and Neo Muscat were vinified with various ways : 6-day, 7-day, and 14-day skin-maceration. 15% whole bunch skin fermentation. Two-thirds aged in stainless steel vats and one-third aged in anfora for approximately 10 months then blended in summer 2022.
Bright cherries and red currants on the nose. Juicy and fresh taste with stemmy green spiced along with the red fruity flavor. A rosé wine shows off the gentle texture of amphora.
Spontaneously fermented with wild yeast. Unfined, unfiltered, bottled without any additives. 11% abv
100% grown in Nanyo City, Yamagata Prefecture.
