Delaware and Steuben vinified separately and blended in summer 2022 (10% of the ingredients are fermented in bunches). The aging period is about 10 months, of which about half in amphora and half in stainless steel tanks.
Spontaneously fermented with wild yeast. Unfined, unfiltered, bottled without any additives. 11% abv
This wine has a deep copper hue and has a balance of fruit, moderate acidity, and just enough tannin.
